Scientists, teachers, lecturers, professionals involved in research and technological activities of young researchers and developers who are interested in the creation and dissemination of new forms of education are invited to take part in the Conference. Types of participation: a speaker with a scientific report or an attendee. The working languages at the Conference are English and Russian (translation is provided).

The Conference is dedicated to the key aspect of the modern society development – the education of young people since school-days who are capable of becoming carriers of complex high-level competencies and conducting scientific research works and technological developments at a high professional level.

Involvement of talented youth into the field of researches and developments means direct and independent participation in scientific and technological activities, achievement of practical and theoretical results to solve problems facing the society. In its essence, this is the task of research education, where scientific and technological creativity determines the content and structure of education.

The purpose of the Conference is the expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge and methods in the field of efficient involvement of talented youth at the age of schoolchildren and entry-level students into the field of researches and developments, the creation and dissemination of new forms of their scientific and technological training.

Key topics of the Conference:

• scientific-research type socialization as a forward-looking socialization introducing an individual into the society of the future: its stages and mechanisms in the system of today’s and future education; formation of a learner’s personality as a researcher and developer;
• psychological and pedagogical methods for developing the creative abilities of young researchers and designers in the process of transition from knowledge acquisition to independent production (reproductive-productive transition);
• method of scientific researches (as a training method), problem-based cognitive program, educational-scientific innovation environment and creative space as fundamental components of research education, ensuring the process of reproductive-productive transition in the development of learners’ personality;
• organization of training, cognition and socio-cultural activities aimed at developing the abilities for independent production of knowledge;
• role of teachers, scientific supervisors, and tutors in the formation of the reproductive-productive transition in education of learners engaged in, or interested in, scientific and technological activities;
• specifics of the education system as an institutional factor in the formation of young researchers and developers in different social and cultural conditions.

Reports on other topics within the problem domain of the Conference are also acceptable for consideration. Papers of speakers at the Conference will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference with an ISBN number and submitted for indexing to the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). International-type certificates will be given to all Conference participants.

The Conference will be held during the International Forum for Scientific Youth “Step into the Future”, which is expected to involve 1,500 talented young people - schoolchildren and entry-level students from Europe, Asia, America, Africa, and Oceania. Speakers and participants of the Conference will be able to attend key events of the Forum, including critical project reviews at the Exhibition of the best works and specialized sessions.

Conference participants (speakers and attendees) should be registered on the main web-site of the “Step into the Future” program. When registering, the Conference participants who would like to make a report should upload their photo and paper drawn up and formatted in accordance with the rules. Registration fee in the amount of 1100$ is charged only on condition of face-to-face participation and covers accommodation, transport and organizational expenses in the course of the Conference. Online participation is free. Deadline for e-registration and acceptance of the papers is February 2, 2024.
